Risk band is derived from credit rating (Sovereign/AAA = Low, AA = Moderate, A/BBB = Elevated, below BBB or unrated = High), not a recommendation. Sovereign and AAA-rated bonds tend to sit lower-left: shorter duration, lower yield. Higher yield further up or right usually means a lower rating, longer tenor or weaker seniority, not a better deal.
